This privacy policy applies to www.mintigo.com owned and operated by Mintigo Inc. (“Mintigo”). This privacy policy describes how Mintigo collects and uses information gathered on our website to provide you with a personal and relevant experience. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information.

We will never sell or trade any of the information about our web visitors, customers or other contacts.

Mintigo will only share your information with outside parties in ways that are described in this privacy policy or, in certain situations, Mintigo may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, if we are required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our company.

Registration

Registration may be required in order to access certain areas of the website. If you choose to register on the website, we will collect contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and company information such as company name and your job title. This information is used to provide product support or other services that you may request. The information may also be used to contact you with marketing or promotional information from Mintigo or our partners. You will have the opportunity to “opt-out” of such contacts when you register.

Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page or you can contact us at privacy@mintigo.com.

We may also obtain information about you from third party sources, to combine it with information we already have about you to create a more tailored advertising and products.

Data Collected on Behalf of our Customers

Mintigo collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Customers that use our service, please contact the Customer that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Customers.

An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Mintigo’s Customer (the data controller). If requested, by our Customers, to remove data we will respond within 30 days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customers. Mintigo will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Tracking Technologies / Cookies

Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Mintigo and our advertising partners, affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

We use cookies for to remember users’ settings and for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

Log Files

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at privacy@mintigo.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Third Party Service Providers

Mintigo may contract with third parties to assist us in managing certain functions in connection with our website, such as sending out newsletters. Mintigo will only provide third party service providers with the information necessary to carry out the service. Third party service providers will be contractually prevented from using the information received from Mintigo for any purpose other than those dictated by Mintigo.

Some of our pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to/from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our website. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to Mintigo.
