Dr. Jacob Shama brings more than 20 years of executive experience in the fields of Information Technology and Communications. Prior to Mintigo Jacob was Vice President of Products and Vice President of Operations at modu mobile, the modular mobile handset company. His previous experience includes various managerial and leading research positions. He received his Doctorial D.Sc. degree from George Washington University, Washington DC, and both his M.Sc. and B.Sc. with honors from Tel-Aviv University. Dr. Shama specializes in communications, signal processing, data analysis and processing, algorithm research and patterns recognition.

Tal brings more than 15 years of experience in software development. Prior to Mintigo, Tal was AVP Research and Development for modu, the modular mobile handset company. His previous experience includes developing complex, large scale data analysis systems. He holds a B.Sc. EE and a B.A in Physics from the Technion - Israel's leading school of technology. He also holds an executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Itay Gissin brings more than 15 years of experience, both as an entrepreneur and as a business executive in the telecoms, media and technology domains. Before joining Mintigo, Itay served as VP Marketing and Business Development for Flash Networks. Previously, he also served as AVP Marketing & Content at Orange IL, the leading mobile operator in Israel. As an entrepreneur, Itay co-founded several mobile media ventures, including HooQs and UCnGo, which was acquired by Emblaze (BLZ.L). Itay holds a MBA from INSEAD, France and a BA in business economics from Tel-Aviv University.

Ehud Ben-Reuven brings more than 20 years of experience in software development and algorithms research. Prior to Mintigo, Ehud was co-founder of Algotec (acquired by KODAK)as well as senior architect and R&D manager at Check Point Software (NASDAQ: CHKP). Ben Reuven served as head of development for one Israel's elite research groups, researching and developing complex statistical methods and solutions. He holds an MSc in Physics from the Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Talpiot program.

Zvika Enav brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and product. Prior to joining Mintigo, Zvika served as a Senior Merchant Manager at Amazon.com where he managed the whole 3rd party online music business in North America, a multimillion dollar operation. Prior to Amazon, Zvika was an Associate at Booz & Company, and worked in leading software companies such as Check Point Software Technologies and Comverse Technology. Zvika holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University.

Evgeny Drukh brings more than 15 years of experience in software and algorithms research and development. Prior to Mintigo, Evgeny led an R&D group in Kashya, (acquired by EMC Corporation), the industry leader in storage replication and disaster recovery. Evgeny holds both M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv university, specializing in machine learning and natural language processing.
